This kitchen renovation in Belmont was a comprehensive transformation, designed to enhance both the layout and aesthetics of the home. The project began with the removal of a load-bearing wall, which allowed us to open up the space and create a more connected, airy environment. We installed a beautifully finished exposed structural beam, adding character while maintaining structural integrity.

To further optimize the layout, we relocated the washer and dryer, creating a discreet new closet with additional storage. We also opened up a side wall of the kitchen, allowing for better flow and integration of these new features.

At the heart of the remodel is a custom island, featuring a rich wood base with white cabinetry on top, outfitted with built-in electrical outlets and storage. The island is topped with a custom quartz countertop and showcases a double-sided waterfall edge, bringing elegance and sophistication to the space. For a clean and seamless finish, floor vents were discreetly integrated beneath the cabinetry.

The end result is a bright, functional, and modern kitchen, offering generous storage, a beautiful custom centerpiece, and a layout that maximizes every square foot. This Belmont project exceeded the homeowner’s expectations in both design and functionality.
